The interesting fact I learned is any Ecuadorian citizen can fly on an air force aircraft to another Ecuador city for around $30. This includes the C-130, 727, and HS-748. So if you see one it most likely is carrying non-military personnel.

I remember that sound I used to hear when I was a child visiting my grandparents in the neighborhoods of Chicago Midway airport.
